I'm excited you stopped by my blog. I decided to run a half marathon for two reasons (1) to fulfill a challenging goal of mine and (2) to help raise money for a good cause--The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Therefore, this venture is a win-win situation for all parties involve.
My goal is to raise a grand total of $6,000 for this event. Approximately 70% of the monies raised goes toward research and patient services.
Do you know someone who has been diagnosed with either leukemia & lymphoma or both? Then give money on their behalf. . .
